First Day

Today was so much fun.  I learned so much about embedded computer systems.  The food was actually quite delicious.  We have a RA taking a group of us on runs every morning, and they are a lot of fun also.  The actual course work is also really fun.  The lab went a little slow but they really encouraged you to experiment and be creative and the software is so cool! I am really excited to learn C.  Today, they showed us the basics for programming the embedded system.  It is REALLY neat.  We set it up so you press a button and it lights up a bunch of LED's, and they fade out in order.  Then I tried to set up a potentiometer to light up an tri-colored LED depending on the voltage.  It is really fun.  So far I am having a great time!
