Wow, Friday already! This week has gone by pretty fast. Although now I feel like I have been here for a very long time, it's only been the 1st week. This is my first time actually programming so in the first few days it was difficult for me. Especially when we started on "C" language yesterday and I was completely lost. However, now after this Lab #3, I think I am starting to get a slight more of grasp on it. I am hoping I will understand more as the days go by. Today in the morning Bridget lectured more about "C." I think it really helps to learn like the concepts in the morning and actually do it hands-on in the lab after lunch. I really love the labs, and I think everyone else does too. The instructors are all very helpful. Today for lab #3 we completely wrote in "C" to program the PSoC. We used the other board, the CY3214 I think it is called. Once again, I had written the code all right and stuff, but kept getting 22 build errors. With help from Alvin and Shirley I found the few little mistakes I made (like the colons at the end) , but it would still get more build errors. Finally, I saw that I had added an extra curly bracket } -__-. I make too many little mistakes like that..! That made all those 22+ errors go away and yay now my thing works.
Oh right, the CosmOlympics yesterday.. That was very fun. It's nice to see all the clusters get together and be spiritful? Hm my spellcheck thing says that is not a word. Well anyway, our cluster won the water balloon toss and the pie eating contest, but we didn't place. Well well tomorrow is Saturday and I will be definitely sleeping in. Knotts Berry tomorrow too!! COSMOS is seriously study hard, play hard. Did I mention that before?
