Day 2

Ok, so now I got the lights to finally decay one after another in a straight line so I'm just playing around with it now. Well so I'll write about today. Got up, went to breakfast, and then we had our first discovery lecture. The speaker was Jeanne Ferrante. She told us the meaning of parallelism and how that is useful to solve long time consuming problems. I was one of the four people from each cluster that had to sit in front and so I had to go on stage with the 28 others and do a little number activity. We were given 3 numbers, and with 3 different rules, had to arrange ourselves in order from least to greatest. It was an interesting activity, although the results didn't quite turn out the way the instructor intended it to be. After that we went to class and with our teacher fellow Shirley, and started on the Science Communication booklet we received in the beginning of the discovery lecture.

Oh, and last night for the recreation activity thing I first went to the laundry session, which ended in 15 minutes, and then went to play mafia. The first game consisted of 16 people and I happened to be one of the four mafias. Things got tense when my 3 other fellow mafias died, and so I was left alone. Luckily, I remained until the very end and won the game! Most of my suite members were playing the game with us as well, and I unfortunately ended up killing all of them (with the other 3 mafia, guys!) so they capped on me major back in our suite haha. We have a "Quotes and Memories" wall on our suite, and they put (in really big letters) "Nayeon killed our entire suite during the mafia game" hahaha. That was really fun, and look forward to more of the recreation activities the RAs plan for us. I hear there will be a bonfire at the beach tomorrow!
